UraMin, the UK-listed mining company with operations in South Africa, has announced that it is in negotiations with respect to a potential sale of the firm. According to an 11 June press release, no assurance can be given that the negotiations will be successful. Following a previous private placement, the company currently has a market capitalization of approximately USD 1.9bn on an undiluted basis.
