SEC approves NYSE Group-Euronext deal

WASHINGTON, Feb 14 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission approved on Wednesday the proposed $14 billion merger between NYSE Group Inc. and Euronext, clearing the path to creating the first transatlantic bourse.
