Dutch Finance Ministry okays Euronext-NYSE merger

AMSTERDAM, Feb 2 (Reuters) - The Dutch government said on Friday it had no objections to Euronext's planned $14 billion merger with The New York Stock Exchange, clearing one of the final steps to formation of the first transatlantic bourse.
